Caroline Niederkofler I was sent a hose tip rather than the upstream and, despite sending multiple emails, have not heard back on how to proceed. I'd ordered two of these but was told the other would be shipped later. At this point, I'd just like to cancel the order altogether. It's been frustrating with the lack of response.
